Europe '06, part two.

Today, I went with my parents to see the Swiss Vapeur Parc. This park, located along Geneva Lake features 1.5Km of dual gauge (7.25 and 5 inch) track. Click on the picture on the left to access the photo gallery.

During my visit only one steam engine (of American outline!) was running. They were also running three "electric" locomotives. These replicas of typical Swiss locomotives are powered by a gasoline engine through a hydraulic transmission.

The park is a well maintained garden which includes several water features and many scale buildings.
