Winter steamup.



Today Henner, Eric and myself had the priviledge to attend the first steamup at Richard and Melinda's house. Click on the picture on the left to see a gallery with more pictures and soon some movies as well. While the layout is still under construction, most of its track is down. This layout is located in a mature garden (about 30 years old) and had to be built around some of the existing plants. Richard has been working on it for over five years. All the bridges are scratchbuilt. The weather was damp and relatively cold, in other words perfect for running steam engines!
